The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water opens in 3D on February 6, 2015. About the Movie SpongeBob SquarePants, the world’s favorite sea dwelling invertebrate, comes ashore to our world for his most super-heroic adventure yet. Watch the trailerDid we like it? A very cool part of this movie is that mixes traditional animation, CG animation, and live-action (with Antonio Banderas as the mean pirate that steals the secret formula for Mr Crab's Krabby Patties.) My 10 year old found the movie very funny and entertaining. I liked the music a lot and some of the jokes were funny. It might be too long for small children, but older kids will have plenty of laughs. A good option to take your kids to me movies for Valentine's and the upcoming school days off due to holidays. A new year has started and it will be hard to remember what happen in 2014. A few months from now, we will be trying to remember how long ago some things happened and details about each one of them. And as more years go by, it will be even harder to remember all the details, so what a better way to have all that information that a small compact book? Yes, The World Almanac and Book of facts 2015 is a small book that has awesome information. We received a copy for review and asked my son to help me with the review, here it is what he has to say about the book
Since its debut in 1868, The World Almanac and Book of Facts has become the best-selling American reference book of all time, with more than 82 million copies sold. This essential household and workplace desk reference is “the most useful reference book known to modern man,” according to the L.A. Times. Renowned New York Times crossword puzzle editor Will Shortz calls it his “#1 reference work for facts.” So weather you want a year in review, or learn about US populations and have data about Ebola, you will find this book a great resource. It will also be great to use when researching things for school projects. However all opinions expressed are my own With the arrival of the holidays, we get lots of invitations to holiday events. If you have seen my pictures in Instagram before you probably know I am very low maintenance, and by that I mean, I get out of the shower, brush my hair, put on a head band and usually a pony-tail and that is it. Once in a while, mostly for parties and events, I like to have my hair fixed, mostly I like to wear it straight but it usually takes a lot of time. So when I was told I was going to be reviewing the InStyler tools I was happy because I knew I might be into something that helps me fix my hair at home and in an easy and fast way. And I was not disappointed. I tried the Max 2-Way Rotating Iron. The package states that it is good for straightening, volume, shire and controlling frizz. However it also can be sued for waves. As you can see in the picture my hair was smooth and straight right away with no frizz and looked shiner. It was pretty easy to use and it did not take long. The next tool I am going to try it is going to be the TULIP auto curler. I am going to the company holiday party and I want to surprise everyone with some curls. The TULIP auto curler is great for soft curls, beachy waves and striking thigh curls. I will keep you posted when I try that hairstyle I also received the Ionic Style Pro, which has a ceramic hot brush for smoothing and a ceramic flat iron for straightening. I am not going to open that box, because I have decided to let one of you, my readers to try it. (see below for your chance to win it) I am very happy because I finally got some tools that will help me to look more stylish in less time and who knows I might just not be on a pony-tail all the time anymore. The Counting Kingdom is a turn-based tower defense game. A young wizard is defending castles using his mathematical magic skills. Each turn, the player can select a single monster or a group of monsters with a set of available spells. The monsters have numbers on them and the way to get rid of the monsters is by casting spells that correspond to the numbers on the monsters themselves (the sum of all monsters selected must equal the spell you are casting) The game is aimed for kids 6-8 years old and it starts with simple math and as the level progress there are more difficult additions which allows the kids to challenge themselves. My son was very excited with the game and it kept him entertained for at least 1 hour the first time he played (we were stuck on traffic and it was a live saver) He has played after that and he thinks this is a great game that challenges him. He says math is even more fun with games like this. The game is available now for iphone and ipad at the itunes store and from the Counting Kingdom webpage I love Christmas time, because it is the season of giving. I what can be better than giving a present to someone that has more than the materialistic meaning? What if I tell you that you shop poverty-fighting holiday gifts from the 2014 World Vision Gift Catalog and you can find awesome presents for friends and family and part of the profit from your purchase will be donated to a specific charity? I got the opportunity to review one of the products from the catalog, and I really loved it. I choose the Hand-Carved Serving Spoons. Each beautiful set of two hand-carved olivewood serving spoons is delivered in a gift bag of African fabric hand-sewn by local women. The serving spoons are made to benefit orphans of the Kamba tribe in Kenya The spoons are really beautiful and the quality is pretty good. They will be a great addition to the salad serving plates or even pasta. The bag is colorful and makes the present very tasteful. I love to collect crafts from around the world and have a display wall at home. I will be ordering a second set to display on that wall, because they will also be great for decoration of the kitchen in case you decide not to use them to serve food. World Vision Catalog offers more than 250 items, ranging in price from $10 to $39,000, available online and in the print catalog to help improve quality of life for women, children and families in the U.S. and around the world.
