I received a complementary ticket to be part of the race, however all opinions expressed are my won. The Dirty Girl Mud Run is an un-timed obstacle course that welcomes women of all ages and athletic abilities. Dirty Girl Mud Run challenges women to get active, get dirty and have fun.

But don't worry, if you get to an obstacle that's more than a challenge for you, you can take one of the adventure races detours. You can do this by yourself or form a team. As past of my journey to get healthier this year I have joined some friends to have fun and be active. What are you waiting for? Are you ready to have fun? Disclosure: This post my contain affiliated links, however all opinions expressed are my own During my trip to #Fitcation13 I was introduced to a new way to sweeten my drinks. What about a natural way to give that sweet touch to your coffee, tea or even bake?
Made out from potato you can know trust the brand you are using when baking sweets. Perfect for halloween! (or any other holiday) I just made the best cinnamon tea and you cannot taste the sweetener. I making the change, what about you? A great way to stay connected and save money for the holidays: Walmart Family Mobile Plans.10/7/2013 I am a member of the Collective Bias® Social Fabric® Community. We are barely celebrating Halloween and then is like boom, bam, boom: Christmas. I do not know about you but I am not ready. Too much planning, too many things happening and no money. Family will be visiting us from other states and most than likely from Colombia. Our lives are busy and we need to stay connected. But how? Last time they were here we gave them one of our phones so we can talk to them, but that left us without a phone. It is expensive to add a line and do not even get me talking about those 2 years contracts. Seriously, 2 years? But now, with the new service at Walmart I can just get a phone with no contracts with unlimited text and data. That is just phenomenal. Not only it is easy but it is cheaper. We were paying around $160 a month for phones with another carrier but we did not have unlimited data. Now we will be paying $120 for 3 lines which means that we will save around 40 dollars per month. That is according to my son a Lego Set for his Christmas presents. The Walmart Family Mobile is amazing. You can choose from 2 plans: unlimited calls and text for $29.88 and unlimited calls, text and data for $39.88. Also, if you are looking for no-contract unlimited plans the Walmart Family Mobile plans are for you. So with family visiting I want to have a simple phone my parents are able to use (and then I can give to my son). So I went to Walmart and I bought the T-Mobile Concord smart phone. You can see all my shopping experience on my Google Plus Album I bought a great phone, have unlimited calls, text and data for an affordable price and can add more lines for the rest of the family. And when you add lines, they cost less. It is savings and more savings! Activating the phone was easy and you can create an online account that helps you keep track of everything at myfamilymobile.com The Walmart Family Mobile also has "extras" that include international calls and ring tones. I am sure my family from Colombia is going to appreciate being able to call when their are visiting and stay in touch with the rest of the family during the holidays Now I cannot wait for everyone to get here, to start my Christmas shopping and to save more money! Disclosure: I was provided with complementary passes to attend the opening night, however all opinions expressed are my own. It is scary, it is frightening, it is spooky and it is FUN. What could I be talking about? What else, but Knott’s Scary Farm. It is not a surprise that Knott's has the biggest Halloween event among all theme parks. I was lucky enough to attend the opening night (Sept 26th, 2013). More than 1,000 monsters are ready to scare you. In the dark of the night with fog all over the park and spooky sounds you get to walk on very well designed mazes and even ride roller coasters. First I got to see the Hearse Procession with really cool and good decorated cars Of course before being scared to death, I enjoyed the Pre-Scare Boo-Fet. A feast to literally die for. After the meal, it was time to enjoy the Elvira's Sinema Séance show. In the Show the Queen of the darkness with hilarious jokes and a great choreography she has the audience entertained. Then it was finally time to enjoy, (if you dare), the 12 super amazing mazes. And while you walk from one side of the park to the other, you need to be prepared to be scared by the thousands of monsters. More information about Knott's Scary Farm:

All opinions expressed are my own. I have a blog because I like to share what I do. I started my blog as a hobby and I have been lucky to grow to the point that now I have readers like you that email me and contact me for advise or just to tell me you enjoy reading what I post. With time, I have used my blog to support causes I believe in. I guess that that show the reach of social media and how you can communicate and advocate for certain groups. I have also learned that like in any other social environment there are topics that if addressed need to be done with the highest respect. Yes, I try not to talk about politics, although sometimes some topics require to be passionate about them. I have been passionate about nutrition, healthy staff and No GMOs because I want a healthy family. When you read my posts, you either agree or disagree. But I and you get to express our opinion on the topic and we handle things we respect. Yes, we are using social media for a cause. If you ask me what was the best take away from Latism 2013 it was that: Use social media for a cause. Use your voice, be heard. For 2 days we heard from different professionals about education, health, immigration and technology. I am very impressed with the quality of the presenters at the talks I attended. Their qualifications and knowledge were great and I learned a lot. As on other conferences it is sad I have to choose sessions to attend (some other sessions took place at the same time). So I can only tell you about a few panels and workshops, but the feedback I got from my friends was similar. I have to thank the sponsors that made it happen. I am looking forward to attend Latism 2014. Disclosure: I attended Latism 2013 thanks to the wonderful sponsors. All opinions expressed are my own.
